Started in the youth ranks of Al-Ahli, then trialed with Al-Hilal under coach Paqueta.

 

Signed with Al-Hilal for the 2006–2007 season but played only a few matches with the first team.

 

Released by Al-Hilal, he joined Al-Tai, where he became a key player for two seasons.

 

Attracted interest from Al-Nassr, Al-Ahli, and Al-Ittihad and signed with Al-Nassr in 2008–2009.
